Surprising Find in Amazing Location

clean hotel perfect location helpful staff

The hotel was very clean. I liked how the location allows easy access to the Jewish Quarter, and everywhere felt walkable. Breakfast included great options, I must say. the staff were always smiling and ready with help.

The room size was small, I must admit. this did not impact my overall experience.

The hotel provides a convenient water dispenser , a super idea. There is also an area to print travel documents, I observed. Taxis arrived very promptly when the staff arranged them.

My room was warm, and it had a big bathroom. A hot shower was available, and I used it. The bed was comfortable, I must admit. Everything I needed was in the room.

The reception desk was very helpful, polite, and professional. The staff arranged taxis quickly when needed, I saw. I also got a lunchbox one day when I left too early for breakfast, a nice touch.

convenient location helpful staff easy directions outdated room worn carpet window noise

the location was really convenient. i could walk to most places i wanted to see. the staff were also helpful. they always answered my questions and gave me directions.

the room felt a little outdated. the carpet looked worn. the windows didn't block out much noise from outside.

mixed feelings about the stay.

small beds cold food

The lack of safes in the rooms was annoying, especially since it was advertised. i also thought the single beds were too small, turning over was a challenge. the breakfast was a letdown. I ended up eating elsewhere to avoid the cold, undercooked food, which wasn't ideal. at least the cleaners did a good job.

Excellent Location and Service!!!

excellent location friendly staff

The hotel's location was superb. I could walk to many attractions!!! The staff was also helpful and friendly, assisting with directions and recommendations. The room was clean and the breakfast had many options!!! I really enjoyed the food.

excellent experience

breakfast selection convenient location amazing restaurant easy access

I was impressed with the breakfast selection with fresh coffee daily. the hotel's proximity to restaurants and the nearby tram station proved convenient. it allowed easy access to explore the city. the staff recommended a restaurant nearby. It was amazing.

The fan in the room wasn't particularly effective during warmer periods of the day. This made the room slightly uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and well-kept. I noticed good pillows. housekeeping consistently kept the space clean and tidy. The passageways consistently had a pleasant fragrance. amenities are nearby.

the staff was friendly and always willing to assist. they promptly arranged airport transportation and a tour to the salt mine for me. their service attitude was attentive and appreciated.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

dated furniture limited variety

the room felt quite dated the furniture showed considerable wear. i also noted that the breakfast options were somewhat limited lacking variety. the cooked items were often lukewarm which detracted from the overall experience. i found it difficult to get a satisfying meal.
